besan-1/4cup
curd-1/2cup
grated coconut2tbls
gteen chilli-2choped baking soda-1/4tsp
onion-1chopped
dhaniya2tbls
Salt-1tsp
oil -1cuo for frying
Directions
mix maida ,besan,soda curd and salt in a bowl. leave it for 4-5 hours for fermentation
Mix all other ingredients to this batter
heat oil in a pan and fry this bajji till brown
it is ready to eat
eat with chutney or sauce
