  • Maida-1cup


  • besan-1/4cup


  • curd-1/2cup


  • grated coconut2tbls


  • gteen chilli-2choped baking soda-1/4tsp


  • onion-1chopped


  • dhaniya2tbls


  • Salt-1tsp


  • oil -1cuo for frying

Directions

  • mix maida ,besan,soda curd and salt in a bowl. leave it for 4-5 hours for fermentation
  • Mix all other ingredients to this batter
  • heat oil in a pan and fry this bajji till brown
  • it is ready to eat
  • eat with chutney or sauce
